The staff of the Indianapolis Historic Preservation Commission has approved a set of 6 townhomes to be constructed at the northeast corner of 13th and Central.
They look to be a nice addition to the neighborhood.

Like all of the flat developments in other cities? I guess it’s never safe to assume the quality of construction without more details. But I’m not going to freak out if I don’t see any gables.
Bad to see the same old, boring, crappy design.

On second thought, it appears they are brick, and not the awful stucco slabs. I guess they look pretty nice.
when and where do u go to put in application for one of the townhomes and how many bedrooms r they going to have and can u tell me how big and how much thanks
